Shipping

We ship out all orders in one to two weeks. IF you need sooner, PLEASE send me a CONVO and include the date you'd like the item in your hands, your State and the item you'd like. I do get back to customers very quickly.

WRONG or INCORRECT addresses
***We ship to the address you submit on your order.
***IF the address is incorrect or incomplete (example missing Apt #) you will be charged for a redelivery cost.
***We cannot offer any REFUNDS until we make sure we are not charged any additional fees, and can get the merchandise returned back to us.
***If we are reshipping to you....A CONVO would be sent to let you with the redelivery cost, and possibly costs for replacing the items lost.
***IF you change the shipping address after a order is placed, the cost might be higher to ship it to the new address.

All shipments within the U.S. are insured so if you items are damaged or lost during shipping, I will work with you to replace that item promptly.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Sometimes a item is hard to capture all it's flaws, or you don't like it with your decor.To return a vintage item, we must have a CONVO from you within 5 days of you receiving the merchandise. WDV must be notified, you must get it shipped out within 3 days.

Buyer must pay the return shipping fees. NO shipping cost to the customer will be refunded.
The item must be shipped back by the carrier we used to ship it. It must be returned in the condition we shipped it.
